Moneytoring — a service for tracking personal and family finances: spending, analytics and planning.

Every account, cash and currency — one financial picture.

Bring money from different banks, cash and foreign-currency accounts into one system and look at it as a whole, not through separate transaction histories.

Full access · no bank connection · no card needed for the trial · then from 149 ₽/month.

Not all money goes through a bank

Some spending happens by card. Some in cash. Money can sit in different banks, different currencies and with different family members.

A bank shows the transactions inside its own perimeter. Here you assemble the financial picture as it actually exists.

Cards. Cash. Separate accounts. Different currencies. Family spending. All in one system.

If part of your spending is in cash, one bank's analytics do not show those transactions.

One financial picture

Bring the whole picture together

Accounts and cash

Track money wherever it sits: in an account, on a card or in cash.

Your own expense structure

Create your own categories and places, and organise the books by your own logic.

Several currencies

Record transactions in different currencies and pick the currency you want the overall picture in.

Plan and actual

Compare real spending with what you planned and notice where it drifts.

Do not bend your financial life to fit an app. Shape the system around yourself.

Your books do not require a bank connection

The service does not connect to your bank accounts and does not fetch your transaction history automatically.

You decide which accounts, cash and money movements belong in your financial system.

That lets you keep one picture no matter which bank a transaction went through — or whether it involved a bank at all.

Why we chose this approach

Automatic bank synchronisation is convenient, but it requires the service to receive data about your bank transactions.

We chose a different principle: a bank connection is not part of your financial system.

More about how data is handled
Bank — no connectionYou add the data yourselfYour financial system

What that means in practice

  • Signing up takes a name and an email address — no identity documents and no bank identification.
  • Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.
  • Payments are handled by YooKassa; card numbers are never passed to the service.
  • You can delete your account and your data yourself in the settings.

The family's financial picture in one place

When two people spend, each one's bank analytics only show their own half.

Add a partner or another family member and keep income, spending and plans in one shared financial system.

No more assembling the family result by hand from several apps and separate transaction histories.

One shared history

See every member's transactions in a single financial space.

One set of categories

The family's spending adds up into one structure.

One plan

Compare the family's spending against shared plans.

Who sees what

Adult members work with the shared financial picture and see the family account's data. The Child role is limited to that member's own transactions. There are no separate private areas for adult members in the current version.

Not only where the money went. How close are you to the plan?

Planning a budget is easy. Staying aware of what happens to it in real life is the hard part.

Compare the plan with actual spending and notice in time where the result starts to diverge from expectations.

So you can adjust decisions before the period ends, instead of working it out afterwards.

Yes, transactions are entered by hand

We do not connect your bank and do not receive your transactions automatically. So you are the one who puts the data into the system.

That is a deliberate product choice, not a hidden limitation.

You decide

  • which bank transactions to record
  • which cash expenses to add
  • how to classify them
  • which money belongs in the overall picture

What you get in return

Your books are not limited to what one bank saw, and do not depend on how a bank classified a transaction.

How a transaction is added

  1. Tap the plus
  2. Enter the amount
  3. Pick a category
  4. Save

More structure than bank analytics. Less manual assembly than a spreadsheet.

A spreadsheet gives you almost unlimited flexibility. But a complex financial spreadsheet gradually starts demanding maintenance of its own: categories, formulas, charts, currencies, several people's data.

In the service that structure is already wired together:

transactions → categories → accounts → statistics → plans → members

You look after your finances instead of your spreadsheet's architecture.

Stop paying and your data is still there

If you do not continue after the trial, or cancel later, your financial history does not disappear.

The account switches to view-only mode.

The history stays

Every transaction, category and plan you entered stays in the account.

View-only mode

You can open and read your data and statistics; adding new transactions is what stops.

Data export

Exporting your history as CSV files works in view-only mode too.

Your data should never become hostage to a subscription.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to connect my bank accounts?

No. The service does not require a bank connection and does not download your bank history automatically. You add the accounts, balances and transactions you want yourself.

Do transactions have to be entered by hand?

Yes. The service does not connect to a bank and does not receive transaction history automatically. In exchange you can record card payments, cash and any other money movement you want in the overall picture.

Can I use it on my own?

Yes. The up-to-two-members plan works for personal finances too. Adding a second member is optional.

How does family access work?

You can invite another person into your financial space and keep the books together. Up to two members are included in the 149 ₽/month plan, up to five in the 249 ₽/month plan.

Do family members see each other's data?

Adult members work with the shared financial picture and see the family account's data. The Child role is limited to that member's own transactions. There are no separate private areas for adult members in the current version.

What if there are more than five members?

The subscription keeps working: 249 ₽ per month plus 99 ₽ for each member beyond five. There is no cap on the number of members.

Can I track cash?

Yes. Cash can be kept as its own source of money alongside bank accounts.

Can I use several currencies?

Yes. The service supports transactions in several currencies, plus a separate choice of accounting currency and display currency. Exchange rates are updated by the service — there is nothing for you to connect.

Do I need a card for the trial?

No. The 14-day trial starts without a card and gives you access to everything.

What happens after 14 days?

If the service suits you, you can take out a monthly subscription. If you do not, the account switches to view-only mode: new transactions and changes stop, but everything you already entered stays.

What happens to my data if I do not pay?

It does not disappear. You can still read your history and export your data. To add transactions and change your financial system again, resume the subscription.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, at any time in the settings. After cancelling, full access lasts until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account switches to view-only mode. You can also unlink a saved card yourself.

Are refunds possible?

Yes. A refund for an unused period is issued on request to the support address, in line with the law of the Russian Federation. The procedure is set out in the public offer.

Can I export my data?

Yes. The settings offer an export of the family's data as one archive of CSV files — transactions, categories, places, plans and members. Export works in view-only mode too.

Why is there no automatic bank synchronisation?

We deliberately build the service without a mandatory bank connection. It means more manual work, but it lets you decide which financial data belongs in the system, and lets you record transactions that never touch a bank account at all.

Is this a mobile app?

The service is a web app adapted for phones and computers. On supported devices you can add it to the home screen and open it like a standalone app.

Why is there no App Store or RuStore listing?

For now the product is developed as a web app. That keeps one current version across devices and lets us ship updates quickly.

Is there an annual subscription?

Not yet. At launch the subscription is monthly. An annual option is planned for later.
